The required skills for artists;
* MUST LOVE PLAYING GAMES
* A good knowledge in any vector program. (Adobe Illustrator or Freehand is preferred)
* For illustrators, examples of good vector designs.
* For animators, examples of animations. (Walkcycle etc.)

The required skills for coders;
* MUST LOVE PLAYING GAMES
* Good understanding of Flash and AS3/AS2.
* Experience in OOP
* Basic knowledge of trigonometry and maths.
Any of the following skills would be a PLUS:
* Experience in Java/C++/Lingo
* Experience in any server-side languages (PHP preferred).
* Have own games.
